High Performers Do or Ditch Principle

High Achievers “  Do or Ditch Principle “

The first thing high achievers do is set themselves up for a great year is to review the current one. I believe evaluated reflection turns experiences into insights. So, time to evaluate and start new rules.

Tony Robbins does this slightly differently – he collects accomplishments and magic moments in a journal almost like saving receipts for tax purposes. Regular reviews of your business, career, life, and finance mean you can pull together key principles and ask yourself what decisions need to happen now.

I like to do this weekly. Why? Because I can take corrective action on what’s not working.

Do or Ditch Principle

  • Review your current wins in all areas
  • Stay positive and only allow one negative thought daily
  • Introduce daily recovery of quiet time – helps creativity
  • Express gratitude daily – changes the perspective on life
  • Write down daily achievements – who did you help?
  • Reflection daily – help to ditch and eliminate excess rubbish
  • Eliminating rubbish tasks opens up room for more creativity
  • Quit things you may love but are giving no results
  • High achievers set goals that harness their emotional energy.
